Breakout West is the music festival surrounding the Western Canadian Music Awards, and for 2010 Western Canada Music Week is being held in Kelowna. Streaming Café has been named one of the host venues, and we’ll be featuring three showcase evenings during the week of October 21^st to 24^th.
